Pengyou

Last night I met my friends for dinner and drinks.  We went to a place in Singapore that I have not been previously...I've driven by it a bunch of times but never made it there.  Chijmes is a former convent from the 1850s that they have renovated and now houses shops and restaurants.  It is a pretty amazing building and I love that they are using the space instead of tearing it down and putting up a modern building.

I got there a little early and wandered around to play with the new camera.  There are some amazing stained glass windows in the former cathedral.

It is not a huge place but I had fun walking around and playing with my new camera. 

We ate a Spanish tapas restaurant...which was very tasty.  After dinner we met up with some other friends to watch the Liverpool versus Everton soccer match.  Both teams are from Liverpool so it is a pretty heated rivalry.  Although, there was only one Everton fan in the entire pub...so I became fan #2...we lost...
